If you place your order on working days before 1 p.m., in most cases it will be shipped the same day. If you have ordered accessories, the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 days.

Due to increased shipping costs for all carriers, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer free shipping. Below you will find an overview of the current shipping costs.
Shipping in the United Kingdom
The shipping costs within the United Kingdom are €8.99.
Is your order too large for regular post, such as brush cutters, pole hedge trimmers or walk-behind mowers? Then we will send the package via special delivery. The cost for this is €21.99.
Is the order so large that it can only be shipped on a pallet, for example a ride-on mower? Then the costs for this are €99.00.
Shipping to Belgium
The shipping costs to Belgium are €8.99.
Is your order too large for regular post, such as brush cutters, pole hedge trimmers or walk-behind mowers? Then we will send the package via special delivery. The cost for this is €21.99.
Is the order so large that it can only be shipped on a pallet, for example in the case of a ride-on mower? Then the cost for this is €99.00.
Shipping to Germany
The shipping costs to Germany are €8.99.

Is the order so large that it can only be shipped on a pallet, for example in the case of a ride-on mower? Then the costs for this are €169.00.
Returns
Was the product not as expected? Or are you not completely satisfied? That's unfortunate. That's why you have a 14-day cooling-off period on all our products.
How do returns work?
- You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. Within this period, you can register a return via info@kraakmantuinmachines.com . You will then receive more information about the return address and the procedure. Please also read the text below carefully.
- After registering, you have another 14 days to return the product to our branch in Haelen.
- Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days.
- Return costs are always borne by the consumer.
Please note: we cannot process packages that arrive without prior notification. If you do not notify us of your return in advance, we will not be able to accept your return. In that case, the package will be stored with us for 90 days before being destroyed.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, the following applies:
- The product must be undamaged and unused.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Only use transparent tape to seal the packaging.
When we receive the product, we will determine whether it is eligible for a full refund based on the above conditions. If the product does not meet one of these conditions, we will determine the value of the product and inform you accordingly. Please also read our terms and conditions.
Once we have fully processed the return shipment, we will refund you within fourteen working days. The speed of the refund depends on the chosen payment method.
Can you take the product out of the box and still be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price?
You may remove the product from the box at any time to view it. However, a full refund of the purchase price will not be given if you then use the product. Example: you buy a robot lawn mower from us, remove it from the box and then test it on your lawn. This is not permitted, and you will therefore not receive a full refund when you return the product.
Important:
- Returns without notification by email cannot be processed. Such packages will be stored for 90 days and then destroyed.
- The costs of returns are borne by the customer. If you return an order, we will refund both the cost of the product and the shipping costs. This only applies if you return the entire order. For example, if you order two items and keep one and return the other, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
- The costs of returns are borne by the customer.
Returning larger products:
- For products that cannot be sent via parcel service, such as ride-on mowers, you are responsible for the return shipment. Would you like us to arrange transport? Please contact us for the rates.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, Kraakman Tuinmachines does not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternative product, please place a new order and return the unwanted product in accordance with our return policy.
Warranty conditions
Kraakman Tuinmachines offers the standard manufacturer's warranty on manufacturing defects. This means that a product should not break down during normal use within this warranty period. If this does happen, we will ensure that your product is repaired free of charge. Our technicians will always first consult with the manufacturer to assess whether something is covered by the warranty.

Are the goods unable to be sent via the PostNL parcel service? Then a carry-in warranty automatically applies. This means that you are responsible for bringing the defective device to our workshop.
Please note: for some brands, you must register your purchased machine with the manufacturer for (additional) warranty. This information can be found on the manufacturer's website.
