Free shipping within the Netherlands of € 99,- including VAT.
For orders under € 99.00 including VAT, we charge € 8.50 for shipping costs.

For deliveries of large pallet shipments, we always charge € 99 in transport costs.

Shipping to Belgium

For shipments to Belgium we always charge a shipping surcharge of € 9.99

For deliveries of large pallet shipments, we always charge € 99 in transport costs.

Shipping to Germany

For shipments to Belgium we always charge a shipping surcharge of € 9.99

For deliveries of large pallet shipments, we always charge € 169 in transport costs.

How does returns work?

Was the product not as expected? Or are you not completely satisfied? That's annoying. That's why you have 14 days reflection period on all our products. This is also the period you have to register a return. From the moment of registration you still have 14 days for the return itself.

With a return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days.
(excluding any shipping costs)

In the event of a defect during the warranty period: in 90% of cases you will have a working product within 2 to 3 weeks.

NB! Orders and/or packages that are returned without registration cannot be processed.
These are kept for 90 days, after which they are destroyed.

The (return) costs for returning are for your own account, unless it falls under the legal guarantee.

If the product is not covered by the warranty, the return costs and/or shipping costs will still be charged.

Return conditions

Will I get the full purchase amount back after returning? Most of the time. But this of course depends on the condition of your product. To get a full refund of the purchase price, it is important to return your product in its original condition (including original packaging) and undamaged.

As soon as we have received the product, we determine on the basis of its condition what the depreciation is if applicable. View our terms and conditions for more information about this. 

You can always take the product out of the box to view it.

Example: take a lawnmower out of the box and look at it from all sides, but don't mow it. As soon as the product has been used, the value decreases.

The condition of the packaging is also important, use transparent tape.

You cannot exchange your product for another product with us.
However, you can already order a new product and return the incorrectly ordered product after registering via e-mail.

This way you have the right product in the fastest way!

Once the return has been processed, we will refund you within 14 working days. The speed of the chargeback depends on your chosen payment method.
