This Ego Li-Ion 4 Ah battery (BA2240T) has the best power-to-weight ratio with a weight of 1.9 kg and a capacity of 224 Wh.
Just like the lightest 56V battery in the EGO range; the 2.5 Ah battery is also the 4 Ah battery equipped with 14 lithium-ion cells, making the battery very compact in size. However, the difference with the 2.5 Ah battery is that these new cells are a fraction larger but provide much more capacity. This creates an optimal ratio between power and weight of the battery. And this makes this battery a very practical combination with the hand-held EGO machines in which the battery is placed directly in the machine and not in a back harness.
With the fast charger CH5500E (art no. 2010009) this battery is fully charged in 30 minutes.
with the standard charger CH2100E (item no. 2010008) a full charge takes 80 minutes.
