Met de dieptebegrenzer stel je de snijdiepte traploos in. Hij is voorzien van een parallelaanslag die een kostbare hulp biedt bij het geleiden van de machine. Op de afzuigaansluiting kan je een afzuigsysteem aansluiten om de stofvorming tegen te gaan. Zo kan je het stof tot een minimum beperken bij trekkende sneden, vooral op vlakke oppervlakken. Daarvoor heb je een krachtige, compatibele alleszuiger nodig zoals de elektrische alleszuiger Stihl SE 133 ME.
